Re: War in Heaven: The 3rd Party

The "War in Heaven" is fun to discuss with MORmON believers. The contradictions it invokes are "fun," as Hagoth has shown.

Does anyone out there in NOM-land know anything about what other religious sects believe about the pre-earth-life "War?"

Re: Priesthood Power

Does the typical TBM Church member believe Mormons recover from sever illness at a higher rate than the general public? Yes, I think the typical believer does actually believe this. Did I believe this in my believing days? I don't know if "believe" is the right word. In a way I did believe, but I ...

Re: What happened to deism?

I've been reading "Nature's God" by Matthew Stewart. He points out that Jefferson, Washington, Franklin, and many other founding fathers were deists. This is emphasized in Jefferson's reference to "Nature and Nature's God" in the Declaration of Independence. We don't hear much about deism nowadays ...

Just wait... With the "christian-ization of LD$-inc. we might see puffs of smoke from the Salt Lake polygamy palace at some point in the future when they crown a new CEO. Hopefully someone on the inside can sneak something into the smoke-bomb so that the smoke is the color of the rainbow. (Hoooray ...

Re: when did you earn God's love? Apologies to Fluffy

This is one of the Sunday School lessons that I never got to give. ;) for the sake of discussion try to answer as a TBM, but if you can't, any response is appreciated. When did you earn God's love? Apologies? All you gotta say is: When did you earn MORmON god's love. It's easy to answer ...

The same MORmONs who might complain about such chanting at some sort of sports-ball game probably have "Let's Go Brandon" stickers on their cars.

Sorry, not sorry.
