Re: What are you doing to protect your family against the virus?
The lack of taste and smell is an indication that it is COVID. Flu never gives you that symptom. I hope it is mild and you and yours recover quickly with no lingering effects. Came back positive for both of us. So far symptoms are relatively mild. So far so good... Sorry to hear. Keep us updated so...

Re: What are you doing to protect your family against the virus?
My son-in-law just got a positive test. My wife is sick and can't taste or smell anything. I am showing symptoms now as well. We are getting tested tomorrow. Re: Mormon Discussions Board
I really miss NOM 1.0 mainly because it documented my faith crisis in real time. I could look at my old posts as kind of a diary. I wonder if there is a backup of the database still sitting in cloud storage somewhere.

Re: What if?
I have a friend who has a daughter that has recently entered the workforce. She pays her tithing online and accidentally put an extra zero at the end of her donation amount, effectively paying 100% tithing for the month. My friend was sure they would be able to correct the error if he made a few ca...

Re: How to find a good marriage counselor
Well, my wife finally told me she wants to get a divorce today. I guess it is probably for the best. I don't think it has much to do with the church, but that may have been what pushed things over the tipping point. Things have been dead in our marriage for a long time. I agree that there is not mu...

Can I get a refund on tithes and offerings if this happens? Does COJCOL-d$-Inc. start paying taxes on it's piles of gold and real-estate if this happens? No No Not messing around are you Egyptian One? Harsh! Very harsh! And in the case of these harsh answers to my two questions, here are my answers...

Re: What are you doing to protect your family against the virus?
The USCDC is finally admitting that only 6% of the deaths they blamed on Covid were actually due to covid. They exaggerated by 94%! And what is most sad is the insane herd mentality that believed it, even when this came out several months ago... The CDC is admitting no such thing. As a matter of fa...

Re: What are you doing to protect your family against the virus?
As with so many things, the human problem of black and white thinking derails the potential for working together for the benefit of everyone. I know people who react in both extremes; some won't venture outside their front door for anything and think everyone should do the same, others claim the vi...

Re: What are you doing to protect your family against the virus?
The CDC is admitting no such thing. As a matter of fact they have come out and explicitly denied this because of all of the misinformation being spread on social media by the likes of you. Could do without "the likes of you." Conservatives? Yes. President Trump? Yep. Let's not be mean though. You a...

Infants on Thrones did a series of podcasts about this. They have the original audio of the talk and discussed the MAJOR differences between that and the published text on the BYU website. Here is the first podcast (It is a re-release of a podcast from 2018) http://infantsonthrones.com/ep-629-seven-...

Re: What are you doing to protect your family against the virus?
But Both of my parents (who are in their late 70's) contracted COVID. My Mother tested positive at the hospital in early April, my father was never tested, although he developed the same symptoms as my mother. They were uncomfortable and isolated for a couple of weeks with fevers and coughs, but th...

Re: Top 100 list of silly Mormon ideas?
7. Mentally challenged or disabled kids were so special in the pre-existence, they only had to come to Earth to get a body and to test those families they were born into. 7b. Those in the spirit world even though unfaithful or not valiant, were undoubtedly permitted to take mortal bodies although u...
