Back as Geocacher again, from old board

Post by Geocacher » Thu May 04, 2017 4:44 pm

Missed the old board, but know that it was hacked, and not recoverable. Will have to find the old avatar for here. From SE Michigan. Long time NOM guy. Had fallen from the church, back when they kicked everybody out of the singles ward, that were over 30 years old. That happened, about 20 years ago now. I have a Sister and BIL, that are very TBM, with him, being a Bishop(president of a branch). Sister being in the presidency of the Relief Society. So here I am. Geocacher, because I been Geocaching for years, since July 2001.

Welcome back. Glad you found us.

I have a postmo DD and SIL in Ann Arbor, so I am familiar with that part of MI. Very different from the arid West.

Hi, thanks for the replies.

I was thinking of going back to church, but then my work was shifted one hour later. The 9am service would have been possible, then I was thinking of going back to my home ward, that starts at 10am. Now that ward, is shifting to 9am, after many years at 10am. Now I was thinking of not going, but now my work time was shifted back an hour temporarily. So I guess I stay an inactive for some time.

I remember your name but I can't recall what your avatar was. Doesn't matter, welcome back!

I remember you from the old NOM. Well darn your work interferes with your old ward! I think you'll agree the NOM ward is much, much better! Welcome back!
