Lansing Michigan Mission. Got a new mission prez about halfway through.
There are 2 Gods. One who created us. The other you created. The God you made up is just like you-thrives on flattery-makes you live in fear.

Believe in the God who created us. And the God you created should be abolished.

California Anaheim. 1982-1983.

Same prez throughout. At the time I probably worshiped him nearly as much as anyone else among our volunteer sales force, but reflecting on it all later I realized he was actually a frickin' dick.

Had a lot of born again Christians and bible bashing. It's still mind boggling to realize that I was the one telling the lies, not the "anti-Mormons".  :o :o

Me too, but I came later after the split and was in Nashville. Good times very religiously educational. I came across The Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) folks often. They hated it when we brought up Sidney Rigdon being part of their early movement.

We had some really really old LDS chapels in the mission that are on the historical register. I remember visiting them and realizing that if I could go back in time and visit a meeting, that it likely would be an unrecognizable religion to me.

Ross Ice Shelf, Antarctica - The mission has since melted away (Mormonism subject to climate change).
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Rats. I was hoping to actually see which mission the person behind the beak served in.
