Sealing Clearance

Does anyone have experience with an ex-husband getting a sealing clearance? I received a letter from my ex-husband's bishop in July, and I wrote my letter. I'm wondering if I will receive a letter from Salt Lake notifying me of that I will become a polygamous wife (a.k.a that his application has been approved).

No direct experience but from everything I've read the letter to the spouse is a formality only. Nothing you really say in the letter is taken seriously or prevents the new sealing. You probably won't get any notification other than seeing pictures of them dressed in new celestial smiles on Facebook!
