I'm going to ask this here. I see that the church is announcing that, among the changes to the youth programs, YW presidents now report to the bishop. Who did they report to before?

It sounds like all those who watched this endured quite the show. I don't even know what to say.

I thought that they reports to the counselors before... so in theory this elevates their chain of command a little while also piling on to the Bishop quite a bit.

Ok. I don't think this will change the actual practice in most wards.
