Post Covid Meetups?

Not sure if we are post covid or not...
My family is interested in reaching out to other post-mormons types for us and our adult children in the east valley AZ area. There used to be some meet ups, but they seem to have mostly fizzled out due to covid.
Has anyone gone to one of these? Are the worth it? What kind of demographic shows up? Should I just start one up and see who comes? I am interested in any experiences y'all have had. PM me if you are in the area and would be interested.
