If not following Halal, Kosher, or Mormonetic dietary restrictions, what do you think of the idea of making your own for health and spiritual reasons?
Here are some items I wish to ban from my diet as being unhealthy or spiritually yucky:
Organ meats
Blood products
Black licorice
Stale coconut
Tobacco
Baijiu
Here are some spiritually uplifting food items that I really like:
Chocolate
Most coffee products
Beef
Pork
White ocean fish
Shellfish
Chicken'
Fruits
Vegetables
Baklava
Pad Thai
Kimchi
Laksa
Vietnamese bun dishes
French baguettes
Do you have such a list? What items do you have on your list?
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Mine are boring and I'm terrible at them.
Target an even split of carbs, fat, and protein
Moderate meat consumption, limiting animal suffering where possible
Avoid refined sugars
Exercise sometimes
