I couldn’t really follow, because my husband is listening on his phone in the other room, but Oaks talk was one of his worst ever. He went so far overboard on the word “covenant”, that it started to sound just ridiculous, like every third to every other word, and he emphasized it, like maybe he is afraid we might realize that we actually did not covenant to wear the ugly underwear. Nope, I NEVER promised I would wear the ugly underwear. I was simply instructed that I was to wear it throughout my life. I've heard an interesting theory (I heard it from my mom first when I was probably a teenager) that the "coat of skins" given to Adam and Eve were mortal bodies, after they lost their "clothing" of Light. If that is the case, then we already have something to cover our nakedness.
