JS Papers Volume 4

I came across a link for JS Papers volume 4
I clicked on a letter to the brethren in 1835. It speaks of JS receiving revelation for the translation of the bible. I'm not too knowledgeable of the timeline, but did learn most of the JS Translation of the bible was copied from Adam Clarke's Bible commentary. Is this what this letter is about? His revelation could have been finding the book to copy from...
