So if BYU "accidentally" lost or destroyed all their documents, what then? Can a class action suit be filed against them for obstruction of justice?

I think it will be fun to see what code names they have been using in their reports, both for people and places. For instance, do they use the word Zoobieville to refer to the Provo Campus or Droopy to refer to a past BYU President who is now an apostle?
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.
