The church talks about Porn a little too much in their articles. This creates an awkward environment for the teenagers and the young single adults.

As a Mormon guy you are expected to be perfect and stay away from anything remotely sexual. The problem is everything around the young Mormon guy is going to have some kind of sex appeal because sex sells.

The church talks about Sexuality as being a bad thing so much that some boys might feel like they are sinning just for having a sexual dream, waking up with an erection, feeling turned on by girls in school. Feeling turned on by girls at the gym.

Suppose the young man did look at porn just one time. That one time will make the young man feel like they won't be good enough for the the Mormon girl because the over obsession of the LDS church writing about porn.

Being raised Mormon you are practically required to only date other Mormons. The dating pool is very thin because of this. The pressure to pretend to be perfect is overwhelming. Everyone knows that behind those fake smiles and perfect actions there is a sad overwhelmed person who is just putting on a show to please everyone around them.

I will say something that might be a little daring.

Since that unworthy man that is not allowed to date a Mormon girl due to his viewing of pornography ; that young man will not get married to Mormon girl and instead get married to someone else. At least that young man has an idea of what to do on his wedding night based on the evil video clip he saw on the internet.

The Peter Priesthood that ended up getting married to the Mormon girl knows what to do too because he lied about not watching the same video clip.

The children of the corn who never watched the video clip are crying in their prayer closets at home while smiling in the world because it is okay to be lonely single and stay away from anything and everything that is even remotely sexual.

Those Old guys at the top of the church did not grow up with the internet in their pocket. Gym class was not coed and sex was a mystery their wives had to gradually teach them while they slowly learned the right combination.

The world is changing. I feel like the top dogs of the church can choose to put their cost of living allowances and church publication costs towards feeding and clothing the poor. They should spend less wondering and worrying whether or not someone has watched a video clip.

Did you watch the video clip?
