After two years of litigation, I finally got the BYUPD recordings relating to their investigation of Joseph Bishop.

By the terms of the agreement, they were not to be made public until today's date at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

I just got done putting them up at radiofreemormon.org.

I think that, even after we take McKenna Denson and her rape allegations out of the picture and set them to the side, what we are left with is a former MTC president admitting to sexual misconduct with two sister missionaries under his supervision back in the 1980s.

McKenna sounded very believable.

And the police who conducted her interview seemed very respectful and professional. Never got the feeling they weren't taking her seriously.

And now (soon?) that the department is de-certified we can expect all the professionals to leave.
