I don't think it's lds - but I love it - not because I still buy the literal story - but I love the symbolism.
To me, the story of Jesus's birth is a parable - like all of the other things he told.
It's a rich universal parable - we can all relate to about being born physically & spiritually, and us mothers can relate in giving birth to children of God. When I became a mother - I realized how lovable every person on this earth is!
