Living in a Bi-Polar society

This is for encouragement, ideas, and support for people going through a faith transition no matter where you hope to end up. This is also the place to laugh, cry, and love together.

Living in a Bi-Polar society

Post by deacon blues »

Growing up in Rexburg, I was indoctrinated into a essentially mono-cultural society- 95% LDS. On my mission I was exposed to a poly-cultural society in southern California.
The current society in the USA seems to be largely bi-cultural, and even worse, the extremes of each culture are getting the exposure.
Bi-Polar is a word used in a different context, but I think it could apply to the USA today.
God is Love. God is Truth. The greatest problem with organized religion is that the organization becomes god, rather than a means of serving God.

I think the data agree with you.
