Mozart Piano Concertos...

Post by achilles » Fri Dec 02, 2016 3:46 pm

Listening to another Mozart Piano Concerto... It's nice... Too bad I can't allow myself to have a glass of wine to complete the quiet Friday night...

BTW I love playing Mozart. I'd like to prepare one of his piano concertos--maybe No. 23 in A major, for example... Or No. 20 in D minor...

The second movement of No. 23 is one of the saddest things I've ever heard. Listen to this one in a dark room with the volume up.

Wow. That was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time.

The 23rd is my favorite, although I love the arpeggios in the third movement the most. Mozart is my favorite to play on the piano as well. :)
