Shall we Practice Gospel Haikus?

Post by Apologeticsislying » Sun Mar 22, 2020 7:32 am

You know what haikus are right? Little poems of observation (usually of nature) with ONLY 17 syllables. 5 syllables, then 7, then 5 more. I was wondering what Gospel haikus we can come up with. They do not have to rime. They are a Japanese form of poetry.

blessing for our ears.

Yes, really. I am rather enjoying the lack of social contact. My husband is going stir crazy, but then he was always much more of an extrovert than I am. He keeps deciding we can’t live without X and he needs to run to the store. I am a Bit bored with staying inside because of rain, more rain, and have some more rain, but then it is supposed to rain again today. ATVing would be a lovely swim in the mud. Hiking is wading through mud. Biking on the slick rock would be cool, but the trails are not all rock, so swim in the mud. My cactus on my patio are beginning to look swollen and splitting and I can’t move the poor babies out of the rain cause not enough shelter on the covered porch. But this is to make up for last summer where we went five months with no rain. Mother Nature has gone crazy, but it can’t be global warming cause the president says it’s not.

So happy, no church.
