Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Choir is kicking butt this conference!

It helps, I guess, when you get to use their greatest hits. Why didn't we do that with the talks?! I could dig about half dozen of Dieter's best.
