….they believe women exist for the purpose of giving birth and being someone to rule over, not that women are fellow multidimensional humans walking the same hero’s journey as the (male) creator of the doctrine.
The church makes a big deal of Heber C. Kimball being so heartbroken at the idea of having to faithfully give his wife to Joseph Smith, but they never seem to mention that he boasted in General Conference that he thought no more of taking another wife for himself than buying a cow or horse (he did it twice, using each example).
Nowadays they have to find more creative ways to show their respect for women, like parking garbage trucks in front of them to keep them out of no-girls-allowed meetings.

...that rock is the most important religious artifact in the universe. If they truly believe, they should be parading the Magick Rock™ around the world to prove how important it is.
They have also made no effort to display the only document written by the hand of an ancient prophet, and THE patriarch of all western religion at that.
Why do we have a mall next to the temple instead of a museum displaying the most important artifacts in the history of the world?
Because important to Mormons is not important to the world. Mormons always conflate the importance of anything they may or may not have.... that's the skeptic in me....
