If I had time I'd dig into stuff like that. Was listening to a podcast where they discussed how GAs are typically put on boards of companies owned by the church, which would almost certainly pay quite well.

Being on a Board of Directors is usually an extremely well paying gig, and what a way for the church to reward their top people monetarily without directly paying them?
