Transfer of Prophetic Mantel Discussion

Two questions here:
From a Legal point of view… are the hard assets, real estate, Bednar’s hair, and cash accounts owned by the corporation and upon the death of Nelson the next guy up (Oaks) assumes the role of church president and chairman of the board/Prophet? Or was Nelson the Corporate Sole owner and owned everything and now transfers to Oaks?
I guess the better way to phrase this is “Does the man own the church? Or does the church own the man?
Second question
Religious procedure… who sets Oaks apart as Prophet? One assumption is Jesus pops in and does it in person having asked for a few volunteers from the Q14 to stand in a circle.
Assuming Jesus is on vacation, sick, or has a busy calendar conflict… perhaps the President of the Quorum of the remaining apostles performs the duty?
Why is this religious experience not televised for all the members to see and witness?
Wondering minds want answers to these less talked about policies and procedures!
What say ye?
