The legislation now heads back to the Senate and then hopefully on to the Governor. The Church could still kill this hate crimes legislation, but hopefully, it is something they can live with and will refrain from such action.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Somewhat related question: What would happen with succession if all of the 15 died in a plane crash? Does somebody in the 70 hold all the keys to the magic kingdom?

I think Denver Snuffer takes over. All kidding aside I am guessing that they do the 2 plane travel plan, stagger arrival times, and I would also imagine that they schedule travel times so somebody from the 12 is away from SLC at any given time so if we get nuked or the COB gets toppled in an earthquake they can take over.

I could be mistaken though. I'm not positive that the entire Q15 is always there, but I thought they were. (Please correct me if anyone has any further light an knowledge.)
