I had forgotten how boring this whole thing is. It's like the talk is generated by some kind of bot that combines commonly used phrases into something that is grammatically correct, but not really saying anything.

I would give points for this but that line is also used later to whitewash mistakes.
It's about giving an impression that you're humble as you then demand everyone follow the next thing you say to the letter.
