The lesson is quite clear: Do not stand in the way of Apostles firing their muskets. The Church has chosen to fatally wound itself with its hatred of homosexuals. Younger members are fleeing this intolerance.
This young PR person found out that you can't fix something that deliberately chooses to remain broken.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Once again, the church shoots themselves in the foot with their own muskets and doubles down on supporting racism and anti-LGBTQ+ attitudes and policies thus creating a smaller and smaller tent. Mind you it's a billion dollar tent, but a small tent nonetheless.
